Arthur is Martindale-Hubbell AV rated and a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer. He specializes in commercial litigation, appellate practice, civil trial practice, plaintiff’s personal injury and wrongful death, maritime injuries, construction defects, professional malpractice, products liability and intellectual property matters.

As a four-decade veteran of the courtroom, Arthur has crafted a reputation of ultimate professionalism — expertly pursuing trial practice. He is a believer in conducting oneself courteously while at the same time vigorously presenting his clients’ cases. The goal: positioning his clients in the best possible light, given the constraints of civil procedure.

Arthur also is a skillful negotiator, in keeping with the firm’s philosophy of negotiated settlement when in the best interest of the client. Another of his operating tenants is efficiency — focusing squarely on trial preparation and not simply “generating burdensome paperwork.”

He is currently recognized as a “Florida Super Lawyers” by Law & Politics Magazine and is a member of Florida Trend Magazine’s “Legal Elite” in Civil Trial Practice.
