Maia R. Albrecht
Maia concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial real estate transactions, lender representation, commercial leasing and secured transactions. She has experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale documents, leases, and financing documents, and takes a practical and goal-oriented approach to resolving complex issues related to the acquisition, development, and financing of commercial real estate. Prior to joining the firm, Maia served as law clerk for the Honorable Stephen D. Hill, Kansas Court of Appeals.
