Jason A. Davis
Jason specializes in corporate and tax law, where his work mostly encompasses corporate formations, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, and business succession planning.
A background in commercial credit banking, prior to becoming an attorney, serves him well in the legal business world, as does his formal education — aside from a bachelor’s degree in economics, he received an M.B.A. and is a cum laude law school graduate.
In addition, Jason’s approach to his cases is shaped by his days as a youth basketball coach. Like with his players, he strives to place his clients in the best possible position to succeed.
