Shareholder

Will is a Martindale-Hubbell AV-rated attorney who specializes in real estate transactions, secured transactions, lender representation and administrative law.

The bulk of his practice involves lender representation in financing transactions for the purpose of acquisition and development of land and the construction of office buildings, retail stores and plazas, warehouses and other commercial structures. With an approach that is relationship driven and highlighted by carefully tailored advice, Will is well-suited to handle all types of real estate transactions.

Will brings expertise that is shaped by a background that includes working for state government agencies. He has worked for the Florida Department of Banking and Finance and the Florida Attorney General’s office, where he focused on administrative law, providing legal services to the Florida Real Estate Commission and Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board. These boards are charged with taking disciplinary actions against licensees. Will also decided escrow disputes.

In the community, Will volunteers weekly with the Meals on Wheels program, visiting elderly residents. “I know that, regardless of how my Wednesday may unfold, I have accomplished something good for the day,” he says.
