Jennifer R. Junker
Shareholder
Jennifer specializes in estate planning, fiduciary law, estate and gift taxation, probate and trust administration, fiduciary litigation and charitable planning using expertise that has been sharpened by both industry and private practice.
Prior to joining ShuffieldLowman, she spent six years as senior counsel at a major national financial institution, supporting trust and estate professionals nationwide while simultaneously working with such specialty asset groups as the Charitable Management Group; Irrevocable Life Insurance Group and Dynasty Trust Group. As a result, she obtained a solid grounding in fiduciary law and administration, which has greatly enhanced her current role.
Jennifer enjoys speaking on topics as estate planning with retirement benefits, charitable planning and fiduciary administration. She has also written several articles geared towards tax planning advice for clients.
Acknowledging that estate and trust issues are “foreign languages” to many clients, Jennifer typically goes to such lengths such as putting together explanatory diagrams to illustrate her points and believes in working closely with clients through what often is a difficult process.
