Gregory W. Meier
Partner
Greg is a Martindale-Hubbell AV-rated attorney in estate planning, corporate law, partnerships, federal taxation and probate, representing individuals and families with complex business and estate planning needs.
He handles corporate transactions, from the creation of a business to succession planning. In addition, he works on estate planning, including high-net worth estate tax planning, wills and probate. His belief: “In the practice of law, estate planning is one of the most personal areas in which you work.”
And he does it all by making those complex topics as easy to follow for clients as possible. While recognizing the often-complicated intricacies of a matter, Greg helps his clients see the big picture – ultimately focusing on how things are going to affect his clients and their families. He takes pride in being able to distill complicated trust techniques and business succession planning into language that anyone can understand. Also, aside from his work at the firm, Greg is honored to offer legal advice and assistance to the elderly members of his church family.
A second-generation attorney, Greg is a member of the Florida Bar, Orange County Bar Association and Central Florida Estate Planning Council. In 2006, and again in 2008, he was included among the state’s “Legal Elite” by Florida Trend magazine.
