Kellie M. Hall

Kellie is an associate in our corporate and estate planning section, specializing in creative solutions to the often complex needs of intra-generational and charitable planning. Kellie has experience in dynasty trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, sales to intentionally defective grantor trusts, charitable foundations, charitable trusts and estate tax returns. In addition to intra-generational and charitable planning, Kellie also has significant experience in special needs planning. Incorporating a background in estate planning with an understanding of the emotional and physical needs of a disabled beneficiary, Kellie incorporates the requirements for state and federal benefits with the advantages of special needs trusts to create a tailored plan for the disabled individual to maximize the benefits and opportunities available.
