Eric F. Werrenrath

A relative newcomer to ShuffieldLowman, Eric provides highly capable assistance on all matters related to real estate, including real estate transactions, public finance, secured transactions and lender representation.

While at Stetson University College of Law, property law caught Eric’s attention, and he has demonstrated an eagerness and ambition to assert himself wherever and whenever needed. His philosophy: “Dive in” and make a positive impact for clients.
