Doug brings a strong litigation background to the ShuffieldLowman commercial litigation team. Prior to joining the firm he was an assistant state attorney for the Twelfth Judicial Circuit of Florida in Manatee and Sarasota Counties. In this capacity, Doug served in the General Misdemeanor and Juvenile Divisions where he was lead counsel on numerous jury and felony bench trials. Earlier legal experience includes his service with the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida in Tampa and in other clerk and legal intern capacities. |
