William N. Halpern, a real estate attorney with more than 16 years of experience, was recently named a firm shareholder. Halpern, an AV rated attorney by the nationally recognized Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Law with honors. Halpern has been practicing real estate law since 1992. In addition to real estate, Halpern has expertise in commercial leasing, secured transactions, lender representation, and administrative law. Past work experience includes serving in the State Attorney General’s Office, real estate bureau, where Halpern provided legal counsel to the Florida Real Estate Commission.
